By accessing and using the LeanFoundry website (leanfoundry.com), products, and services operated by SPARK59 LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
LeanFoundry provides educational content, training programs, digital tools, and related services for entrepreneurs and founders. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Online courses and cohort-based programs (e.g., BMD Challenge, Demand Validation Playbook, Value Delivery Playbook)
- Digital tools and templates (e.g., Lean Canvas)
- Articles, newsletters, and educational content
- Books and downloadable resources
3. Account Registration
Some services require account registration at app.leanfoundry.com. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Purchases and Refunds
All purchases are processed securely through our payment providers. Cohort-based programs include access for the duration specified at the time of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, contact us at team@leanstack.com within 30 days for a full refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on LeanFoundry — including articles, course materials, tools, frameworks, and branding — is the intellectual property of SPARK59 LLC and Ash Maurya. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
The Lean Canvas, Customer Forces Canvas, and Traction Roadmap are proprietary tools created by Ash Maurya.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share, redistribute, or resell course materials or paid content
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the services
7. Disclaimers
Our educational content and tools are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPARK59 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which SPARK59 LLC is registered.
